Phase 1: General Physical Preparation & Hypertrophy

Base Building

Before we build explosive speed and power, we must build a bulletproof structural base. This phase targets muscle cross-sectional area, tendon thickness, and global motor control to prepare your joints for high-intensity power loads.

Training Load: Moderate Intensity, High Volume
Primary Focus: Joint Integrity, Hypertrophy, Aerobic Capacity

How does the online or remote programming work?

Remote coaching is highly interactive. After an initial movement assessment via video call, you receive your custom programming on our training platform. Every exercise features video tutorials. You upload video clips of your heavy lifts, and I perform detailed biomechanical feedback. We run weekly progress reviews and dynamic adjustments so you are never left guessing.
